Hi All. Today I watched the Webinar Alex Jeffreys recorded as part of our coaching program with him. He was interviewing Maria Andros – The Queen Of Video. Let me tell you, very eye opening stuff. My eyes were opened alright I was in tears. At the end of the Webinar Maria gave us a 5 minute excercise to do. Basically what you do is switch on a timer for 5 minutes and write down all the things you want to be, do and have in your life. You need to get a 100 things written down in that 5 minutes. Not easy. You keep repeating it until you have your 100 things written down. These are your core dreams and goals. The real you. This is the stuff Billionaires are made of.
We need to do this before embarking on anything we do in life that is major as its the “WHY” we are doing it that is important. Getting in touch with my dreams and goals brought me to tears as Ive never done this before. What are your dreams and visions??

you big woss steve ……..ha i was exactly the same its a great exercise because you start think more and more about your life and family due to the time and quantity of ideas you need to have.
I loved the video Maria has so much energy and passion its great to be part of that mindset

It's kind of a neat exercise, I guess, but I didn't bother with it. I'm a pretty simple fellow with simple needs and goals. Perhaps I'm viewing it in the wrong manner but that's me.
It was a great call though and she's quite the lady.

Haven't been here before so you didn't "lose" me but after seeing your post in the forum I thought I would stop by. You are so right, Maria Andros is sooo PHENOMENAL. We just need to follow her lead.

Nice blog & great post! That exercise was wonderful…totally enlightening! Just think…this video was a BONUS! Alex already gives us so much value, but to provide us with these kinds of bonuses is unheard of!
